Paraguay Opens Doors for Brazilian Tourism Investors
Meeting in Asunción between Jonathan Roger Linzmeyer and Paraguayan Tourism Minister Jacinto Santa María highlighted incentive programs and business opportunities in the neighboring country
This Monday (13), the Paraguayan capital was the stage for an important strategic meeting to foster the South American tourism sector. The president of CN Mercosul, Jonathan Roger Linzmeyer, met with Paraguay's Minister of Tourism, Jacinto Santa María, to discuss attracting Brazilian investments and creating new partnerships in the country.
The official agenda took place at the invitation of the Paraguayan minister himself, a gesture that, according to Linzmeyer, demonstrates the high relevance the local government has given to commercial integration. The businessman highlighted that the trip served "to get to know a little more of this wonderful country" and represented an official opening of doors for the arrival of new companies.
During the meeting, Paraguay's development projects and the country's recent international recognition, which has accumulated awards in the tourism sector over the past two months, were discussed. The synergy of the meeting was such that, during the agenda, the Minister of Tourism contacted the Paraguayan Minister of Industry, expanding business prospects and trade facilitation. The possibilities for direct partnership also involved the Brazilian private sector. Joint work projects with the Ministry of Tourism involving EXXXPERIENCE Producciones & Eventos, a company led by Linzmeyer, were discussed.

The main objective of the meeting, however, was to consolidate a bridge for Brazilian capital. The president of CN Mercosul took the opportunity to make a direct appeal to the national business community. "We want to invite all Brazilian entrepreneurs in the tourism sector to come and get to know Paraguay, a country very rich in growth and with much to be explored in tourism," he highlighted.
Endorsing the words of the CN Mercosul leader, Minister Jacinto Santa María guaranteed that the Paraguayan government will offer the necessary support to ensure the security and viability of foreign investments. The minister reinforced the invitation to Brazilians and highlighted the existence of public policies focused on new businesses. "Come and get to know Paraguay. We are here to support you at all times, including with incentive programs for those who want to explore this sector," he said.
The meeting reinforces Paraguay's position as a promising emerging market in South America, seeking to establish itself not only as a destination for visitors but also for entrepreneurs willing to invest in a rapidly expanding tourism infrastructure.
